摘　　要：采用荧光光谱法，通过分析不同酸度中连翘酯甙水溶液荧光强度的变化，研究溶液ｐＨ值对其荧光强度的影响，并得出连翘酯甙水溶液的质子电离常数。The variation of fluorescent in tensity of forsythiaside in aqueous solution at different pH was studied by fluorescent spectrometry.The results show that th pH value of the solution has great effect on relative fluorescent intensity of forsythiaside.The hydrogen ion electric dissociation constant (Ka) of forsythiaside was determinde.
