摘　　要：循环经济在国外经历了长时期的发展之后,已经运用于社会发展的各个领域,绿色餐饮研究即是基于循环经济理论在餐饮行业的有效利用和不断发展。本文对国外政府、餐饮协会、餐饮企业及消费者在发展餐饮循环经济方面所做出的有效措施和所表现出来的特征进行分析研究,探寻国外餐饮循环发展的有效途径。Cyclic economy has been developing for a long time abroad and is now widely used in various aspects of social life. Green catering is its application and development in the catering industry. This paper analyzes the measures that the overseas governments, catering associations, catering businesses and consumers adopt to promote cyclic economy as well as the features that they exhibit, aiming to find an efficient pattern for the growth of cyclic economy.
