摘 要:压裂气井支撑剂回流造成的危害极大。从优化压裂施工顶替液量、压裂液的破胶性、压后排液工艺措施以及树脂涂层支撑剂和纤维支撑剂的防回流技术等方面分析了各种防回流技术的原理及其工艺特征。对纤维支撑剂进行了室内混合性评价,分析了压裂液破胶性能和闭合压力对支撑剂稳定性的影响,为压裂防止支撑剂回流技术提供依据。The harm of propping agent backflow in fracturing gas well is enormous. In this paper, it focuses on the aspects of optimizations of displacement fluid volume, gel-breaking of fracturing fluid, clean-up technology after fracturing, as well as resin-coated propping agent and fiber propping agent to analyze the principles and characteristics of various anti-flow back technologies. It evaluates the fiber propping agent by laboratory experiments, the data from which verifies that fiber sand fracturing technology can effectively control the flow back and bottom fill, and it also reveals the effects of fracturing fluid gel-breaking performance and closure pressure on the propping agent stability. The paper provides the basis for anti-backflow technology in fracturing wells.
