异位康冲剂治疗子宫内膜异位症50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药异位康冲剂治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效及其对血清糖链抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将100例EMT患者按时间顺序分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组给予异位康冲剂,对照组给予丹那唑口服,两组均以3个月为1个疗程。比较两组临床总有效率和副作用、CA125及VEGF水平的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为84%,对照组为86%,治疗组CA125及VEGF含量治疗后与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),但与对照组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异位康冲剂对异位内膜有明显抑制作用,能有效治疗EMT。Objective To study the effect of Yiweikang Granules （herbal electuary for endometriosis） on endometriosis and its influence on serum carbohydrate antigen （CA125） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Methods One hundred endometriosis patients were divided into two groups according to the enrolling time with 50 in each. The treatment group was treated with Yiweikang Granules while the control group with Danazol. The total effective rate, adverse reaction, and changes of CA125 and VEGF levels were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%, and that of the control group was 86%. There existed a statistical difference in CA125 and VEGF levels in the treatment group after treatment, while there was no statistical difference in comparing with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yiweikang Granules is effective in inhibiting the ectopie endometrium.
