摘 要:文章选用丙烯酰胺(MA)作为羊毛接枝增重单体,在双氧水/抗坏血酸(H2O2/H2A)氧化还原体系下,探讨了影响接枝增重率的各种因素,得出了接枝增重的最佳工艺;采用红外光谱(FTIR)和光学显微镜观察分析接枝后纤维表面形态的变化,验证接枝的发生;并研究了接枝对羊毛吸湿性、抗起毛起球及染色性能的影响。实验证明,双氧水/抗坏血酸(H2O2/H2A)氧化还原体系,对丙烯酰胺(MA)羊毛接枝增重有较好的效果;且丙烯酰胺接枝丝光羊毛,对羊毛的吸湿性、强力影响不大,但可以提高酸性染料对羊毛的上染百分率,羊毛织物的抗起球性能也略有提高。This article selects MA as grafting monomer for the weighting wool yarn,under the H2O2 / H2A redox system,to discuss the factors affecting the weighting percentage and obtain the optimized process.The graft-modified wool is tested by some modern analytical instruments such as fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and optical microscope to observe the changes of its appearance and to verify the result of grafting.Also it investigates the influence about its absorbency,anti-fuzzing and pilling properties and dyeing properties of grafted wool.The experiments indicate that the H2O2 /H2A redox system can improve the effectiveness of the MA graft weighting of wool.Though the absorbency and strength almost no change,its dye uptake of acid dyeing can be increased greatly,and its anti-fuzzing and pilling properties can also slightly improved.
