摘  要:大麻纤维长度是影响其纺纱性能的重要指标之一,直接关系到与棉纤维混纺时的加工性能和使用价值,应用合理的脱胶方法与工艺可以得到理想的棉型化大麻纤维长度。因此,文章使用化学法对大麻纤维进行脱胶,针对主要工艺参数脱胶温度、煮练时间以及碱液质量浓度对纤维主体长度的影响进行重点讨论。采用手排分组称量法,将脱胶后的纤维由长至短进行整理、分组、称量,求出纤维长度特征数(主体长度)、短绒率。通过理想主体长度与较低短绒率得出最佳脱胶工艺参数为:煮练时间150 min,脱胶温度110℃,碱液质量浓度7g/L。The length of hemp fiber is one of the most important indicators of spinning property.It directly affects the performance and the value while blended with cotton fiber.A reasonable method of degumming and technology can get the appropriate cotton-type of hemp fiber length.Thus we took the advantage of chemical method to degum the hemp in this paper.The affect that made on the main length by the elements of degumming temperature,scouring time and alkali concentration were discussed in the paper.After cutting the degumming of hemp fiber,we obtained the cotton-type hemp fiber.Using the method of hand-row group weighing,after the sorting and the weighing of the degumming of hemp fiber from long to short,we calculated the length characteristics number of fiber(main length) and the percentage of short fiber.Finally,we got the best technological parameter by considering the best main length and the percentage of short fiber.The result demonstrated that the best technological conditions were: scouring time was 150 minutes,degumming temperature was 110 ℃,alkali concentration was 7 g /L.
