摘　　要：针对目前我国羊绒分梳行业中存在提取率低、纤维损伤严重、短绒率高、皮屑杂质含量高、分梳产品单一和羊绒纤维品质发生变异等问题,提出了"山羊绒分梳要与山羊绒最终产品指向相结合"的理念。并对目前我国羊绒分梳行业中先进的JLW羊绒联合分梳机进行工艺设计,辅以一些设备配置,最后得出了最佳的羊绒分梳工艺。这一分梳工艺具有产品用途多样,纤维损伤小,提取率高和整齐度好的优越性。The article draws the opinions or perspectives that we must integrate the cashmere carding with the points of cashmere usage.Because there are many serious problems in cashmere carding industry of our country,for example,lower extraction ratio,serious fiber damage,higher short cashmere content,higher scurf and impurities content,single product of carding and the serious consequence result from cashmere variation and so on.The same time,we design the processing of JLW unite cashmere carding machine,add some aided equipment,and draw the best processing technique in the end.The cashmere carding processing technique has the advantages of product variety,lighter fiber damage,higher extraction ratio and better uniformity.
