摘  要:通过电化学加速锈蚀方法,获得了7组不同钢筋锈蚀率(0~7.62%)的C30再生混凝土拔出试件。采用R ILEM TC9-RC标准,得到了不同钢筋锈蚀率下再生混凝土与钢筋之间的荷载-滑移曲线。分析了钢筋锈蚀率对再生混凝土与钢筋粘结滑移性能的影响。结果表明:在钢筋锈蚀率较小时,再生混凝土粘结试件发生拔出破坏;当钢筋锈蚀率超过1.4%时,粘结破坏形式转变为再生混凝土劈裂破坏;再生混凝土与钢筋之间的粘结强度退化与普通混凝土的粘结性能退化规律有相似之处,均有一个先上升后快速下降的过程;根据试验结果,建立了再生混凝土与锈蚀钢筋间粘结-滑移本构方程。In this paper,corrosion percentage ranged from 0 to 7.62% of steel bar for pull-out specimens was controlled by electrochemistry accelerated method.According to the RILEM TC9-RC standard,pull-out test with recycled concrete of C30 was carried out,and the load vs.slip curves between recycled concrete and corroded steel bars with different corrosion percentages was recorded.Based on the experimental results,the effect of reinforcement corrosion on the bond behavior between steel bars and recycled concrete was investigated.The results show that,with the increase of steel corrosion percentage up to 1.4%,the bond failure between recycled concrete and the steel bar is changed from pull-out failure to splitting failure.The bond strength between recycled concrete and deformed bars increases firstly and then decreases sharply with the incensement of corrosion percentage,which is similar to that of normal concrete.According to the testing results,the bond stress-slip relationship between corroded bars and recycled concrete was proposed and given in the end.
