摘　　要：以LTE系统高层协议为基础,对空闲模式下终端对系统消息的接收过程进行了分析,重点介绍了小区初搜过程中对系统消息的接收,包括系统消息的调度以及协议栈无线资源控制层对系统消息的处理,另外对小区初搜的流程及实现策略进行了说明,最后给出了仿真测试结果。Based on the 3GPP LTE Release 8 standard, the receiving of system information in LTE in idle mode is analysed, and the process in cell search is mainly introduced, including scheduling of system information and handling in radio resource control layer. Besides, a flow chart and a method to realize the cell search in LTE air interface protocol stack software are given, finally the results of test and emulation are given.
