摘　　要：以LTE高层协议为基础,分析了空闲模式下的小区重选,重点分析了小区重选的过程,包含周期性测量触发的小区重选和事件触发的小区重选过程,然后通过几个典型的流程来呈现小区重选的具体实现过程。Based on LTE high-level protocol, cell reselection in idle mode is analyzed, and which fouses on the process of cell reselection including the cell reselection triggered by periodic measurement and cell reselection triggered by event. Specific implantation process of cell reselection is preaented through several typical process.
