摘  要:以空气和H2S的混合物模拟含H2S的工业气体,以碳酸钠溶液为脱硫碱液,PDS为脱硫催化剂,用超重力设备取代传统填料塔进行脱硫实验,分别考察了气体流量、液体流量、超重力因子、原料气中H2S含量等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,超重力环境下工业气体中的H2S脱除效果较好,脱硫效率可以达到99%以上,其中原料气流量对脱硫率影响最大。实验在进气量为1 m3/h,超重力因子为104.33,进液量为150 L/h,原料气中H2S质量浓度为1 013.27 mg/m3时脱硫效率最高,达到99.45%。With a mixture of air and hydrogen sulfide to simulate the industrial gases containing hydrogen sulfide, sodium carbonate aqueous as the desulfurization lye and PDS for the catalyst, the desulfurizatien experiments are taken in a high gravity equipment which is used to replace the traditional packing tower. The effects of gas flow, liquid flow, high - gravity cenffieient, and the hydrogen sulfide concentration of raw material gas on the desulfurization efficiency is investigated. The results show that: in the high - gravity enviroment the desulfurization efficiency could be achieved 99%, while raw gas flow rate plays the greatest impact on the desulfurization rate. In this study, the efficiency of desulfurizatien is the best to reach 99.45% under conditions: the feed gas flow rate 1 m3/h, high - gravity coefficient 104.33, liquid flow rate 150 L/h, the H2S concentration of feed gas 1 013.27 mg/m3.
