摘　　要：从图书馆业务流程重组的角度,介绍目前图书馆业务流程正从"文献流"向"服务流"转变的情况,分析图书馆围绕着新的业务流程进行组织机构变革的模式,提出随着图书馆改革的深入,图书馆组织结构会向着扁平化、柔性化、网络化方向发展,以期对图书馆组织改革提供参考。From the perspective of business process reengineering （BRP） of library , introduces the transformation situation of library from ＂literature business process＂ to ＂service business process＂, analyses organization patterns around new business process, puts forward that with reform development,organization of library will turn toward the direction of flattening, flexibility and network, and provides reference to organization reform.
