摘 要:基于过程系统"三环节"理论对换热网络进行能量和(火用)平衡分析。分析结果表明,合理地提高连接装置的中间物流出料温度,可减少"冷却-重复加热"的换热(火用)损。炼油装置可利用热出料物流改变上、下游装置用能格局的机会,重新优化四配各装置换热网络,并允许某些物流打破装置界限,在大区域范围内进行优化匹配利用,实现炼油装置的深度热联合,以达到能量综合利用、降低全厂能耗和提高经济效益的目的。Based on the three-link energy model of process system energy optimization, energy and exergy balance of heat exchange network were analyzed. Results showed that increase the temperature of intermediate streams between units could reduce the exergy loss during cooling and heating of these streams repeatedly. By taking hot feed from upstream to downstream directly might offer a chance to reoptimize the heat exchange network of individual unit, as well as promoting the further optimum integration of heat exchange in a much larger scope, finally, to reach the goal of utilizing energy comprehensively and then the energy consumption of the whole refinery could be reduced.
