基于能值分析的西宁市城市生态经济可持续发展研究

摘　　要：运用能值分析的理论和方法,通过对西宁市2007年生态经济系统能值货币比率、环境负载率、人均能值使用量、可持续发展指数等指标进行了定量分析,并与国内其他城市进行比较。结果表明:1)西宁市的自然资源相对丰富,经济发展主要依赖本地资源,属资源输出型城市,城市环境压力相对较小;2)2007年西宁市可持续发展指数为125.3,说明西宁市经济不发达,可持续性较差,但潜力较大。因此未来西宁市的发展除充分利用优势资源外,更重要的是如何引进外部资源,促进物流、能流、货币流的合理流动,来实现城市生态经济系统的可持续发展。Based on emergy analysis,the indicators of ecological-economic system of Xining city in 2007,such as emergy dollar ratio,environmental loading ratio,emergy per capita,and emergy-based for sustainable index and so on were gotten. A quantitative and comparative researches were carried out by comparing different districts to Xining city with selective indices. The results show that 1） the natural resources are abundant in Xining; therefore the development of economy depends on the local resources. Pressures on resources and environment in Xining city are not serious. It belongs resource out-putting region. 2） The ESI value of Xining city was 125. 3 in 2007,which means that socio-economic level of Xining city was backward,and Xining was a poor potential sustainable city. Therefore the future development of Xining city should make full use of superior resources; It should be introduced into external resources,and promote the rational flow of the logistics,energy flow and monetary flow in order to achieve the sustainable development of the urban ecological-economic system.
