摘  要:目的:建立一种抗平喘滴丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)对处方中药材进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定滴丸中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量。结果:TLC图谱中可检出苦杏仁、甘草、麻黄的特征图谱,盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.033 05~0.396 6μg线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.39%,RSD 2.11%(n=6)。盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量在0.023~0.276μg线性关系良好。r=0.999 7,平均回收率99.89%,RSD 2.55%(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。Objective :To set up the quality standard of antiasthmatic dropping pills. Method: TLC was used for identification; ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC. Result: Prunus armeniaca L. var. ansu Maxim. , Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and Ephedra sinica Stapf. could be detected by TLC. Ephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0. 033 05-0. 396 6 μg (r = 0. 999 9) ; the average recovery was 99. 39% (RSD 2. 11% , n =6). Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0. 023-0. 276 μg (r = 0. 999 7) ; the average recovery was 99.89% (RSD 2.55% , n =6). Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate with a good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of antiasthmatic dropping pills.
