摘 要:目的:本研究是通过对人食管癌TE-1细胞进行体外实验,观察噎消通口服液联合放射治疗对食管癌细胞TE-1的放疗增敏作用。方法:将人食管癌细胞TE-1进行体外培养,通过MTT实验进行噎消通口服液的药物作用曲线,得到药物对细胞10%抑制浓度IC10;使用IC10浓度进行实验,将TE-1细胞分为放疗组和噎消通联合放疗组,通过克隆形成实验绘制细胞生存曲线,得到两组平均致死剂量(DO)和外推数(N)值,计算放射增敏比(TER)。结果:噎消通口服液对食管癌TE-1细胞有抑制作用,其IC10=61 g·L-1,噎消通口服液具有放疗增敏作用,增敏比(TER)=1.17。结论:噎消通口服液对人食管癌细胞TE-1具有放疗增敏作用,具有较好的应用前景。Objective: To study the increased effect of Yexiaotong combined with radioactive rays on human esophageal cancer cells (TE-1) through experimental test. Method: The IC10 of Yexiaotong to TE-1 was obtained by MTT test. TE-1 cells were divided into two groups: one is treated by radiotherapy and the other by radiotherapy combined with Yexiaotong in 10% inhibition concentration IC10. Radiosensitivity was determined by elonogenie assay and quantified by calculating TER. Result: MTT assay showed that Yexiaotong had inhibitory effects on TE-1, and the 10% inhibition concentration was 61 g·L^-1. Yexiaotong had a radio sensitizing effect, and the TER was 1.17. Conclusion: Yexiaotong can sensitize the effect of radiotherapy on TE-1, and the TER reaches 1. 17, for which it is useful in radiotherapy in the future.
