摘 要:目的实验研究磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙和羟基磷灰石对砖茶水的降氟作用。方法用正交设计方法观察各降氟剂在不同茶水比例、茶水pH、降氟剂量和反应时间条件下对砖茶水的降氟效果,比较降氟剂的降氟效果差异及降氟前后砖茶水主要化学成分变化。电极法测砖茶水氟含量,原子吸收分光光度法检测砖茶水中钙、镁、铁含量,紫外可见分光光度法检测砖茶水中茶多酚、游离氨基酸总量、咖啡碱、铝、磷含量。结果磷酸钙和磷酸氢钙降砖茶水氟能力差。羟基磷灰石1的最大降氟容量达8.5 mg/g,在茶水比例为1∶200,砖茶水原有的pH条件下与砖茶水接触反应20 min有最佳的降氟效果。羟基磷灰石1降氟后茶水中钙、磷含量明显升高,其他成份含量变化很小。结论羟基磷灰石对砖茶水有较强的降氟能力,在砖茶降氟中有一定的应用前景。Objective To study the fluoride removal capability of calcium phosphate,brushite and hydroxyapatite in brick-tea infusion.Methods Orthogonal experiment was used to study the materials' effect of defluoridation under different levels of four factors : the proportion of tea and water,the pH value of the tea,dosage of the material and reaction time.Compared the defluoridation capability of different materials.Fluoride and some other contents in brick-tea water was determined with ion-selective electrode,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results The capability of defluoridation was not good enough for calcium phosphate and brushite.They can hardly make the fluoride concentration below 1 mg/L in the tea infusion.Hydroxyapatite presented a far better defluoridation effect,its maximum defluoridation capacity was 8.5mg/kg.The optimal condition for hydroxyapatite was as follows: the proportion of tea and water was 1∶200,under the primary pH value of brick-tea infusion and contacting with the infusion for 20 minutes.After defluoridation by hydroxyapatite,sensory perception of the tea infusion was almost as the primary,and the concentrations of tea polyphenols,amino acids,caffein,magnesium,aluminium and ferreous had tiny changed,but calcium and phosphorus steped up obviously.Conclusions Hydroxyapatite is a good defluoridation material for both drinking water and brick-tea water.It has a certain value for the prevention of fluorosis of drinking brick-tea type.
