海尔福口服液治疗地方性砷中毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨海尔福口服液对地方性砷中毒患者的治疗效果。方法选择已明确诊断的地方性砷中毒患者35例,按规定剂量服药,分2个疗程,每疗程服药30 d,2疗程间隔2周,每疗程结束取尿测定尿砷(As)和尿羟脯氨酸(Hop)含量,并观察病情变化。结果尿As第1疗程虽有一定程度降低,但不明显,第2疗程尿As明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);尿Hop治疗前后比较,两疗程结果均降低,第2疗程比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);患者自觉症状明显改善。结论海尔福口服液可改善地方性砷中毒患者的自觉症状,对患者尿As和尿Hop有一定影响。Objective The purpose of this study is to probe into the effects of Haierful Oral Liquid on arsenic poisoned patients.Methods Chose 35 arsenic poisoned patients indentified,made them have Haierful Oral Liquid in certain dosage.The experiment was divided into two courses of treatment.Each course of treatment had 30days.There was 2 weeks the patients did not have Haierful Oral Liquid between two courses of treatment.Tested the content of As and Hop in the patients＇ urine and observed the changing of patients＇ condition at the end of each course of treatment.Results The content of As in the patients＇ urine experienced an unobvious downward trend in the first course of treatment.In the second course of treatment the content of As was noticeable less than that of the patients before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The content of Hop in the patients＇ urine declined in both two courses of treatment.Especially in the second course of treatment the content of Hop had a noticeable fall compared with that of the patients before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The self-feeling symptom of the patients had evident improvement.Conclusions Haierful Oral Liquid has certain effect on improving the self-feeling symptom of the patients.There are some influence to the content of As and Hop in the patients＇ urine.
