摘 要:目的了解淮安市沿淮河和洪泽湖周边地区高砷水源分布范围及特点。方法采取普查和抽查相结合的方法,收集4个县147个村的水样。水砷筛查采取半定量试剂盒法,水砷定量测定采用原子荧光法。数据处理采用SPSSl3.0 for windows软件进行。结果共筛查了4个县147个村的11 704份水样,其中有2个县230份(分布在13个自然村)水含砷量超过了国家标准(0.05 mg/L),水样超标率1.97%,超标水样水砷含量0.052-0.330 mg/L,高砷暴露人口10 465人,高砷暴露儿童2 437人。结论沿淮河和洪泽湖周边地区盱眙、洪泽2县存在砷超标水井。Objective To understand the arsenic content situation of drinking water in huai'an along the Huai'he River and the surrounding areas of Hong'ze lake.Methods The survey and sample investigation method was adopted and 4 cities 147 villages were selected to collect the water samples.The arsenic content of drinking water screened was determined by half-quantitative fast reagent-box method.The arsenic content of drinking water in review was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results 11 704 water samples in 4 cities 147 villages were determined,and 230 water samples in 2 cities 13 villages were above the national drinking water quality level(0.05mg/L),and accounting for 1.97%,the frequency range were from 0.052 to 0.330 mg/L).10465 people exposed to high arsenic,and 2437 children exposed to high arsenic in these people.Conclusions The water arsenic content ultra wells were true existence in huai'an along the Huai'he River and the surrounding areas of Hong'ze lake.
