设施栽培彩色甜椒新组合的选育

摘　　要：通过对国内外相关彩椒(Capsicum annuum L.var.grossum Sendt.)种质材料连续多代的自交纯化及观测鉴定,选育出优良高代亲本自交系P20628和P20611。经配组、品比试验和低温弱光耐性、病毒病抗性、商品性、产量等相关性状以及其他园艺性状的观测与鉴定,选育出适于设施栽培、商品性状与荷兰品种Mandy(CK)相当,综合性状优良,优质抗病高产红色彩椒新组合P20628×P20611。该组合为无限生长类型,中晚熟,长势旺,株型紧凑,耐低温弱光,抗TMV,果实灯笼形、红色亮丽、大果肉厚味甜质脆,单果重218 g,肉厚7.3 mm,货架保质期5 d,商品产量30.45 t/hm^2,较对照增产11.37%。The good high generation parent inbred lines,P20628 and P20611,were selected through continuous self-purification,observation and identification of color sweet pepper germplasm materials from home and abroad for generations.The varietal yield tests showed that the combination P20628×P20611 is possessed of high quality,good disease resistance and high yield as well as good comprehensive characters,and is equivalent to the Holland variety Mandy（CK） in commercial characters and suitable for protected cultivation.The combination is of indeterminate growth type,medium-late,vigorous in growth,compact in plant type,tolerant to low temperature and low light,and resistant to TMV,its fruit is lantern-shaped,red and bright,large in size and thick in flesh（7.3 mm）,tastes crisp and sweet,weighs 218 g per individual,and lasts 5 days in shelf life,and its marketable yield is 30.45 t/hm^2,increasing by 11.37%over the control variety.
