摘  要:以小败育型的无核"喜乐"葡萄杂交胚珠为材料,进行胚挽救技术研究及杂交后代无核性状的观察。结果表明:"喜乐"胚珠接种适宜期应在盛花后30~40 d;用二次果的胚培养成功率明显比一次果高;采用剖胚培养等技术,能提高胚培效率;以"喜乐"为亲本的杂交后代,其无核株率平均达60.4%。Small abortive hybrid ovules of seedless grape "Himrord Seedless" were used as a test material,the embryo rescue technology was studied and the seedless character of the hybrid progeny was observed.The results showed that the best inoculation period of "Himrord Seedless" ovules was 30—40 days after full-bloom stage,and using the secondary fruit's ovules had a obviously higher success rate than using the primary fruit's.The ovule-dissecting culture technology could improve the efficiency of "Himrord Seedless" embryo culture.The seedless plant rate of the hybrid progeny of "Himrord Seedless" averagely reached 60.4%.
