摘 要:采用国际通用的甜瓜白粉病生理小种鉴定寄主与标准鉴定体系,对上海地区不同地点、不同栽培方式的西瓜、甜瓜上采集的6份白粉病菌样本进行病原菌种及生理小种鉴定。根据甜瓜白粉病菌鉴别寄主的抗感反应,初步确定上海地区西瓜、甜瓜白粉病主要由瓜单囊壳白粉菌(Podosphaera xanthii)所致,并存在2个生理小种即小种Race 1和Race 2 France,其中优势生理小种为小种Race 1,小种Race 2 France仅在浦东新区甜瓜白粉病菌上发现。The disease-producing germs and physiological races of six powdery mildew samples collected from the watermelon and melon cultivated by different methods in different sites of Shanghai were identified by using the current international differential hosts and standardized differential system. It was preliminarily ascertained that the melon powdery mildew was caused mainly by Podospha-era xanthii which was composed of two physiological races,or Race 1 and Race 2 France.The Race 1 was predominant,and the Race 2 France occurred only on the melon crops in Pudong New District.
