摘 要:通过单矿物试验和实际矿石试验研究了新型捕收剂BS4对镍黄铁矿的捕收性能.结果表明:对单矿物,pH为9.0~11.0时,BS4对镍黄铁矿具有很好的捕收性能,BS4与丁基黄药混合用药能提高捕收剂的捕收能力;对实际矿石,采用质量比为1∶1的BS4与丁基黄药作为捕收剂,在加大对蛇纹石抑制作用的条件下,镍回收率为91.47%,铜的回收率为88.04%.通过动电位测试、矿物表面对药剂吸附量的测定以及对矿物表面与药剂作用产物的红外光谱测定,研究了药剂与镍黄铁矿表面的作用机理,表明了新型捕收剂BS4在镍黄铁矿表面吸附为化学吸附,且与镍矿物表面金属离子形成稳定的螯合物,BS4与丁黄药混合用药能够增大矿物表面药剂的吸附量.The collection behavior of BS 4 on blucite was studied by experiments of single mineral and actual ore . The collecting ability of BS 4 is very good and the collecting ability will be strengthened when BS 4 and butyl xanthate are combined at pH 9.0 .The results of the experiments on actual ore show that using BS 4 and butyl xanthate (1∶1) as collector of nickel mineral, while strengthening the depressing effect on serpentine, the nickel recovery is 91.47%,the copper recovery is 88.04%. Zeta potential test and the adsorptive capacity and IR test of product on the blucite surface show that adsorption of BS 4 on the blucite surface is chemical adsorption and BS 4 and metallic ion on the blucite surface forms complex compound, and the combination with BS 4 and butyl xanthate will enlarge the adsorption density of reagents.
