摘  要:根据柿竹园白钨矿的矿物特征,对机械活化NaOH处理柿竹园不同品位的白钨矿进行了研究.试验表明,在一定的碱用量下,保温时间对分解率有明显的影响,因此,控制合适的保温时间对分解过程至关重要.在碱用量分别为理论量的26~28倍、28~30倍,270~315倍,保温温度160℃,保温30~40min的条件下,处理含WO3质量分数分别为637%,538%,4598%的白钨矿,钨分解率平均值分别可达9872%,9775%,9793%.According to the mineral features of Shizhuyuan shcheelite, the NaOH decomposition process of scheelite with different grades has been studied by mechanical activation method. The results show that at a certain amount of NaOH, the period of maintaining temperature has a clear effect on the decomposing process. When the scheelites with WO 3 percentage of 63.7%, 53.8%, 45.98% respectively are treated at 160 ℃ for 30~40 minutes, and when the alkali consumption amount is 2.6~2.8, 2.8~3.0, 2.70~3.15 times (times of theoretical value), the average tungsten decomposting efficiencies can reach 98.72%, 97.75%, 97.93% respectively. Industrial tests have obtained the same satisfactory results.
