原有建筑物面砖外墙节能保温改造浅析

摘　　要：对原有建筑物外墙面砖存在的问题进行分析,从外墙面砖安全性、面砖施工质量问题引起房屋外墙渗漏等方面进行了论述,提出了外墙节能保温改造的方案,阐述了方案的合理性,从而解决了外墙保温节能改造的问题。This paper analyzes the problems existing in original building exterior wall brick,discusses exterior wall brick safety,and house leakage caused by face brick construction quality and other aspect,puts forward exterior wall energy conservation and insulation transformation scheme,and expounds the rationality of the scheme.Thus,it solves problem of exterior wall energy conservation and insulation transformation.
