摘　　要：运用同异反决策法,综合考虑影响保障顺序的因素,确定保障的优先顺序,通过案例分析,说明该方法可行的性和有效性。This paper uses IDC decision , thinks over the five factors to determine guaranteed priorities. And illustrating with a case, it demonstrates that this method is feasible and effective.
