摘 要:每年因食道癌死亡的患者数仅次于胃癌死亡的患者数,发病率逐年增高,外科手术、放化疗等治疗方法难以提高食道癌患者的生存率、改善生活质量。组织工程化食道作为一种具备食道正常组织结构和功能的替代物,有望成为食道癌治疗的有效途径。组织工程化食道的研究,主要包括支架基材制备、种子细胞选择及支架细胞复合3个要素,其中支架材料的研究已取得明显进步。主要综述与支架相关的研究进展,以及种子细胞和力学性能评价方面的研究。A great number of people died from esophageal disease like carcinoma,atresia and tracheoesophageal fistulas etc.each year.Moreover,incidence of oesophageal carcinoma has continued to rise yearly.It is well known that traditional therapies such as surgery,radiotherapy or chemotherapy can not increase survival rate or promote quality of patients′ life.Tissue-engineered esophagus is a novel substitute possessing normal structure and function,which will become an effective therapy of esophageal disease.The research of esophagus tissue engineering includes three aspects,i.e.,scaffolds,cells and composites of cell-scaffold,among which the research on scaffold constitution has made great achievements.This article mainly reviewed the research progress of scaffold,as well as cell and the evaluation of mechanical properties in esophageal tissue engineering.
