摘　　要：医患关系关系到患者的就医环境和医者的执业环境能否和合有序,关系到人民群众的医疗卫生需求能否得到充分满足。本文基于全国十城市医患关系调查现状,多学科、多视角地研究影响医患关系的政府、医方、患方及其他社会因素,为构建和谐医患关系提出全面、系统的对策。Physician-patient relationship is associated with the hospital medical environment and medical treatment,as well as the medical and health needs of the people.On the basis of the typical investigation on the physician-patient relationship status in ten cities of China,this article multi-disciplinarily analyzed the factors including those related to the government,the hospital and its staff,the patient and so on,then put forward some comprehensive and systematic measures to build a harmonious relationship between physician and patients.
