摘  要:目的:建立基于MRI的膝关节三维有限元模型,提供膝关节生物力学研究的数学模型。方法:获取正常成年男性膝关节MR扫描图像,运用3D-DOCTOR三维重建软件构建人体全膝关节的三维有限元模型,采用ANSYS软件进行生物力学分析。结果:建立了包括膝关节所涉及的几乎所有骨骼、软骨、半月板等基本力学结构的模型,模型形态逼真,能在力学性质上很好地模拟膝关节。结论:基于MRI基础上建立的有限元模型可较真实地模拟膝关节的几何结构及力学特性,可作为膝关节生物力学研究的工具。Objective:To establish MRI-based three-dimensional(3D) finite element model of knee joint as a mathematical model for biomechanics research.Methods:MR images of normal knee joints from adult males were used to establish 3D finite element model through 3D-DOCTOR software.The biomechanics analysis was performed through ANSYS software.Results:The model included knee bone,cartilage,meniscus and other basic mechanical structure.The shape of the model was lifelike and mechanical properties could be well simulated on the knee.Conclusion:MRI-based finite element model can simulate the real geometry of the knee and mechanical properties,thus can be used for knee biomechanics research.
