射频消融后盘内臭氧注射配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究射频消融后盘内臭氧注射配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将230例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,分别进行射频消融臭氧介入和配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗,采用视觉模拟评分VAS和MacNab标准分析2种方法的疗效。结果:治疗组优良率明显高于对照组P<0.05,VAS评分后治疗组均明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论:射频消融后盘内臭氧注射配合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,是一种临床上值得推广的好方法。Objective：To observe the effects of ozone injection combined with Shentong Zhuyu formula（SZF） in treatment for lumbar disc herniation after radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods：A total of 230 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups,treated with radiofrequency ablation,ozone injection and radiofrequency-ozone combined with SZF respectively.The effects were assessed with visual analogue scale（VAS） and MacNab.Results：The assessment of VAS and MacNab showed the effect in combined intervention group was better than that in radiofrequency and ozone group at different times after surgery（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ozone injection combined with SZF in treatment for lumbar disc herniation after radiofrequency thermocoagulation is an effective treatment for lumbar disc herniation and can be used in clinic.
