消肿袋外敷治疗外伤性肿胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消肿袋外敷治疗外伤性肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将80例病人分为2组,常规治疗为对照组,加外敷消肿袋为治疗组,观察2组在消肿时间、肿胀度、张力性水泡出现率、皮肤温度降低程度、下肢血流速度、C反应蛋白等方面的差别。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组75%,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组可更有效的缩短消肿时间,减小肿胀度,降低皮肤温度,减少张力性水泡的出现率,改善下肢血液循环,降低炎症反应。结论:消肿袋外敷治疗外伤性肿胀有确切疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of subsiding swelling bag in treating traumatic swelling.Methods： A total of 80 patients were divided into two groups,conventional treatment for the control group and external application of subsiding swelling bag treatment for the treatment group.We observed both groups in the aspects of subsiding swelling time,swelling degree,the occurrence of tension blisters,reduce of skin temperature,lower limb blood flow speed,C-reactive protein and so on.Results：The total effective rate was 92.5% of treatment group and 75% of control group,showing a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The treatment group was more effective in reducing subsiding swelling time,swelling degree,the occurrence of tension blisters,skin temperature,improving blood circulation of lower extremities and reducing inflammatory response.Conclusion：External application of subsiding swelling bag is effective in treating traumatic swelling.The mechanism is the improvement of microcirculation,increase of the capillary tension;anti-inflammation,anti-exudation,and local physical cooling.
