摘　　要：目的探讨人工股骨头置换治疗Tronzo-EvansⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用人工股骨头置换治疗Tronzo-EvansⅢ、Ⅳ型高龄股骨转子间骨折,对获得随访的37例临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用Harris评分对治疗效果进行评定。结果 37例获得6~32（16±3）个月随访。按Harris评分：优19例,良11例,可5例,差2例,优良率81.1%。结论人工股骨头置换治疗Tronzo-EvansⅢ、Ⅳ型高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效满意。Objective To Investigate the effects of hemi-hip prosthesis replacement for old intertrochanteric fractures（Tronzo-EvansⅢ/Ⅳ）.Methods 56 cases were operated with hemi-hip prosthesis replacement,and retrospective study were done in patients who were followed up.The mean time of fracture union and Haris evalution were analyzed for assessing the clinical effects.Results 37 patients were followed up averaged for 6～32（16±3）months.According to Harris evaluation,19 cases were rated as excellent,11 good,5 fair,and 2 poor.The excellent and good rate was 81.1%.Conclusions Hemi-hip prosthesis replacement is a feasible and effective alternative for treating old femoral intertrochanteric fractures Tronzo-EvansⅢ/Ⅳ.
