锁定钢板在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法采用锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折27例,对膝关节功能进行评价。结果 27例均获随访,时间12~25个月。骨折均获骨性愈合。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法进行综合评分：优14例,良9例,可2例,差2例,优良率85.2%。并发症：1例膝关节内翻畸形,1例关节僵硬,2例关节面塌陷。结论锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折创伤小,固定牢固,效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tibial plateau fracture treated with locking plate.Methods 27 patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated with locking plate.The function of knee was evaluated in this study.Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 25 months.Bone union was achieved in all cases.According to Rasmussen functional grading system,the results were excellent in 14 cases,good in 9,fair in 2,and poor in 2,the excellent and good results was 85.2%.Complications included：1 knee varus,1 stifftness and 2 articular collapse.Conclusions Treatment of tibial plateau fracture by locking plate fixation can provide reliable fixation with few complication,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
