摘　　要：目的观察地塞米松-几丁糖复合物预防腰椎间盘髓核摘除术后硬膜外粘连的疗效。方法对150例腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术患者采用地塞米松-几丁糖复合物置于神经根周围及硬脊膜上的方法预防术后硬膜外粘连。通过定期随访,按M acnab法疗效标准评定临床效果。结果直腿抬高试验由术前40~55（48.2±8.6）°恢复到术后55~90（76.4±4.7）°。150例均获随访,时间8~36个月。疗效评价：优122例,良23例,可5例,差0例,优良率96.6%。结论地塞米松-几丁糖复合物对预防腰椎间盘突出症术后硬膜外粘连有较好的效果。Objective To observe the preventive effects of flumepredisolone and chitin compound on peridural adhesion after nucleus pulposus resection of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 150 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were selected.The flumepredisolone and chitin compound was put surrounding nerve root and dura mater of spinal cord.Through regular follow-up,curative effects were assessed with the Macnab.Results The straight leg raise（SLR） test recovered from preoperative 40~55（48.2±8.6）° to 55~90（76.4±4.7）° at follow up.All of the 150 cases were followed up for 8~36 months.According to the Macnab criterion,the results of the treatment were evaluated as excellent in 122 cases,good in 23,fair in 5,and poor in 0,with 96.6% of excellent and good rate.Conclusions The flumeprednisolone and chitin compound is effective in preventing peridural adhesion after intervertebral disc operation.
