摘  要:目的观察仙人掌多糖对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的血糖浓度的影响。方法腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制作大鼠糖尿病模型,然后将糖尿病大鼠随机分组,并分别用不同剂量的仙人掌多糖进行灌胃处理,连续灌胃处理7、14和21 d后,分别取血测定动物血糖浓度。结果与对照组相比,每天用200或400 mg/kg仙人掌多糖灌胃处理后,糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度显著降低,而每天用100 mg/kg仙人掌多糖灌胃处理的糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度没有明显变化。结论一定剂量的仙人掌多糖具有明显的降血糖作用。Objective To detect the effects of the cactus juice on the level of blood sugar in diabetic rats induced by alloxan.Methods The diabetes models of rats were made by alloxan via intraperitoneal injection,and the diabetic rats were divided into 4 groups.Then the rats were given a stomach-perfusing treatment with physiological saline solution or Opuntia polysaccharides at 100,200 or 400 mg/kg,and the treatment lasted 7,14 and 21 days.Bloods were taken from the tails to measure the levels of blood sugar of the animals.Results 200 or 400 mg/kg Opuntia polysaccharides reduced the blood sugar of the diabetic models significantly,while 100 mg/kg Opuntia polysaccharides had no significant effect.Conclusions Certain doses of Opuntia polysaccharides can reduce the blood sugar of the diabetic models significantly.
