摘  要:随着铝工业大型预焙槽技术的广泛应用,对铝电解槽的心脏一预焙阳极质量性能要求不断提高。一些炭阳极常规指标很好,但在电解槽使用过程中氧化掉渣严重,这在一定程度上与预焙阳极中微量元素有密切关系,国内企业对微量元素的重视和研究还很不足。本文系统分析了预焙阳极中微量元素对铝电解的影响,探讨了降低微量元素危害的一些方法,并结合本厂生产实践提出了一些控制措施。With the broad applications of large-scale pre-baked electrolysis cell in Aluminum Industry, the continuously improvement quality of anode that is the heart of the aluminum electrolysis cell is required.Normally, some routine specifications look well but the carbon electrode was oxidized severely and desquamated during aluminum electrolysis operation which has a close relationship with element content in pre -baked anode. It is not adequately valued and researched on this issue in domestic enterprises. The impact of element in pre- baked anodes on aluminum electrolysis were analyzed systematically in this paper and some methods were given to reduce the element content, and some control measures based on the plant production practice were provided.
