摘 要:中国的灌溉面积占全世界灌溉面积的21%,中国正好以占全世界21%的灌溉面积养活了全世界21%的人口。农田水利对解决中国衣食供给发挥了巨大的作用,而科学技术研究及科技成果推广应用对我国农田水利事业的发展起到了巨大的推动和支撑作用。本文介绍了我国农田水利发展历程以及农田水利科学技术研究及成果推广应用方面的进展情况。The irrigation area in China is 21% of that of the whole world;just with which China feeds its population that is just 21% of the total of the world.Irrigation and drainage plays a great role in supplies of food and clothing in the country,and that the scientific and technological studies promote and support the development of irrigation and drainage heavily in China with both the extension and the application of their achievements.The development course of irrigation and drainage is introduced herein along with the advances of the relevant studies as well as the promotion and the application of their achievements.
