摘  要:以往的有压重力流输水工程多采用末端设调节阀,用延长阀门开关时间的方法来降低水锤压力值。采用阀门前置的方法不但可使阀前的管路缩短,减小了关阀水锤,还可使阀门后的管路工作压力显著降低。调节阀的流阻特性对水力过渡计算结果影响甚大,通过改进阀门的特性曲线,关阀时间可大幅缩短,水锤压力得到有效控制。多喷孔套筒式调节阀对管路系统高压力和大压差条件的适应能力强、线性度好,是一种好的阀型。For most of the previous water conveyance projects of pressure gravity flow,the regulating valves are normally installed at the end of them,and then the value of the water hammer inside of the pipelines is basically lowered with the method to prolong the time of switch-on and shut-off of valve.Accordingly,if the valves are prepositively installed,not only the pipeline before the valve could be shortened with the decrease of water hammer during the shut-off of valve,but the working pressure in the pipeline behind the valve could also be significantly lowered.As the calculation on the hydraulic transient process is greatly impacted by the flow resistance,and then,if the valve performance curve is improved,the time of valve shut-off could be largely shortened and the pressure of water hammer could be effectively controlled as well.The multi-jet sleeve regulating valve is a good kind of valve,which has a strong adaptability with a better linearity to the conditions such as high pressure and big differential pressure in pipeline system.
