摘 要:首先对板桥水库控制流域的水文气象特征进行了分析,然后利用统计学方法分析了板桥水库汛期各旬平均降雨量、暴雨发生频率、平均入库流量以及年最大洪峰流量发生的时间分布,表明板桥水库入库洪水呈现出较为明显的分期特征。根据板桥水库入库洪水的分期特征及所处流域水文气象特性,偏安全考虑将板桥水库的汛期分为三期。而且从成因角度对影响板桥水库入库洪水的天气系统进行了分析,表明板桥水库汛期分期方案与降雨天气系统的季节性变化规律是一致的,可为板桥水库汛限水位动态控制提供依据。The hydrological-meteorological features of the control basin of Banqiao Reservoir is firstly analyzed,and then the mean precipitation,frequency of rainstorm,mean reservoir inflow of every period of ten days during the flood season are also statistically analyzed for the reservoir;from which it shows that obvious season-division feature is presented by the inflow flood into the reservoir.Based on the season-division feature of the inflow flood into the reservoir and the hydrological-meteorological features of the control basin of it,the flood season of the reservoir is divided into three sub-seasons under a consideration for more safety.Moreover,an analysis is made on the weather system that impacts the inflow flood into the reservoir from the aspect of the causation concerned.It is indicated that the scheme of the flood season-division for Banqiao Reservoir is consistent with the seasonal change law of the weather system of rainfall therein,and then can provide a basis for the dynamic control of the flood control level of the reservoir.
