摘  要:从结构、机电系统、闸与堤防结合处、整体度汛等方面,提出了黄河下游引黄涵闸工程存在的险情与隐患,并提出了一系列涵闸闸门减振防振、启闭机过载安全保护、启闭设施维护、隐患预防与防洪安全度汛的技术措施。实践表明,科学把握工程运行特点,严格管理制度,精心维护,能够有效地防止或减少工程险情与隐患危害。The risks and accident potentials of the water diversion sluices and culverts along the Lower Yellow River are presented herein in the aspects such as structures, electro-mechanical systems, the joints between sluices and dikes, flood control of whole structures, etc. , and then a series of technical measures for vibration damping and control for sluices and culverts, overloading protection for gate hoists, maintenance of hoist devices, prevention of accident potentials and flood control are given as well. The practice demonstrates that the risks and accident potentials of the works concerned can be effectively avoided with scientific con- trol of the operations, strict management system and careful maintenance.
