摘 要:采用振荡萃取、气相色谱/电子捕获检测法(GC/ECD)对土壤样品中的几种酰胺类除草剂进行了残留量检测。并对实验过程中涉及的一系列条件进行了优化,结果表明:选择丙酮(mL)∶土(g)=10~5∶1,180 r/min下振荡40 min后,过滤(分取或全转移)、浓缩至3 mL左右、再用N2吹至近干用正己烷定容,在GC/ECD上测定,测定结果良好,符合有机分析要求(回收率在80%~120%之间)。各目标物在GC/ECD上的检出限为0.002~0.092 mg/L不等。Several kinds of acetanilide herbicides in the soil sample were extracted by a to-and-fro oscillation machine and were then identified by GC/ECD(gas chromatography/electron capture detector).Correlative conditions for the test were optimized in the course of experimentation.The results showed that the proposed GC/ECD was an appropriate method to detect acetanilide herbicide residues in the soil sample at a ratio of acetone(mL) to soil(g) equating to 10~5.Then the taper(with the mixture in it) was fixed on the to-and-fro oscillation machine and oscillated at a revolution rate of 180 rpm for 40 minutes to extract acetanilide herbicides.Subsequently the mixture was filtered and the solution(a part or all of the solution) was concentrated to about 3 mL and was purged with nitrogen until dryness.Finally the residue was dissolved in a constant volume of hexane prior to analyses by GC/ECD.The detection limits of these acetanilide herbicides by GC/ECD varied from 0.002 mg/L to 0.092 mg/L.
