核型分析实验中的图像处理

摘　　要：借助Adobe Photoshop软件分析菜单、图层和通道面板,对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体图像进行处理与分析。实验结果显示处理后图像清晰,测量精度高。表明该处理方法简单、可靠,可完全替代专业的核型分析工作站,这对今后生物学实验教学及科研实验都具有很好的应用价值。With the help of analysis menu,layers and channels panel of Adobe Photoshop,the chromosome images of mice marrow cells were operated and analyzed.The results indicated that clearer chromosome images and higher measurement accuracy were obtained.The method was easy and reliable,which could be a perfect substitute for karyotype workstations and valuable application in teaching and research experiments of biology.
