摘　　要：文章总结了中国和南非尾矿库安全标准的现状,对比了我国和南非尾矿库标准具体技术指标的异同,提出了我国尾矿库安全技术标准的特点及存在的不足,并对我国尾矿库安全技术标准的发展提出参考意见。The current status of the mine tailings dam relevant standards in China and South Africa is summarized; the similarities and differences of technical characteristics of the mine railings standards in these two countries are contrasted; the features and deficiency of mine tailing dam standards in China are proposed. Thus some tactical initiatives are suggested to the development of the mine tailing dam standards in China.
