体外试验探究Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对连翘煎剂安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对连翘煎剂安全性的影响。方法:将连翘煎剂经Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理,经过浓度梯度稀释后作用于鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF),通过细胞病变的观察和MTT法以确定Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对连翘煎剂安全性的影响。结果:试验组的安全浓度范围比对照组扩大10倍,并且试验组的CEF生长状态较对照组和正常组更好。结论:Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对连翘煎剂有良好的澄清效果,并能提高其安全性。Objective： To study the effect of ZTC1＋1- Ⅱ natural clarifying agents on the safety of Forsythia suspensa （Thunh.） Vahl. decoction in vitro. Methods： Forsythia suspensa （Thunb.） Vah1. decoction treated with model ZTC1＋1- Ⅱ natural clarifying agents was tested by cytopathie effect and MTT assay 24 hours after the exposure of chick embryo fibroblast （CEF） on a serial concentrations of 1 g/mL, 100 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL, 5 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL, 200 μg/mL, 40 μg/mL, 8 μg/mL and 1.6 μg/mL. Results：The safe margin of treated group was ten times larger than that of control group, and the CEF of treated group grew better within a concentration range from 1 mg/mL to 0.008 mg/mL. Conclusion： It was effective and safe for Forsythia suspensa（Thunb.） Vah1. decoction to defecate with model ZTC1＋1-Ⅱ natural clarifying agents.
