摘  要:液压支架大流量安全阀动态性能指标是衡量液压支架性能优劣的重要依据。在阐述了安全阀的动态性能指标及试验要求的基础上,介绍了以蓄能器为动力源的快速加载试验系统工作原理;并结合仿真软件AMESim对试验系统进行了数字仿真分析,为大流量安全阀试验系统的设计与优化提供了依据。Dynamic characteristics are important performance indexes of the large flux relief valve in the hydraulic support. After introducing the dynamic characteristics and demands of the relief valve,the working principle of a quickly loading testing system applying accumulators as power source for large flux relief valve was described. In addition,the simulation and analysis on the model of the testing system were carried out by AMESim software,which provides theoretical references for the design and optimization of the system of testing for the large flux relief valve.
