摘  要:现用提升机制动力矩的测量装置存在测量时间较长、精度低等问题,利用渐开线齿轮齿条的啮合原理,设计一种渐开线形提升机制动力矩测量装置。该装置以被制动的工作机圆盘外圆为基圆,制成渐开线形齿轮并连接在被制动的工作机圆盘上;齿条为千斤顶,调节千斤顶安装角度,使千斤顶推力的作用线与被制动的工作机圆盘外圆相切,被制动的工作机圆盘转动的推力与其外圆半径(即力臂)始终垂直,乘积为制动力矩。该装置很好地解决了测量制动闸时无须倒转被制动的工作机圆盘,调节千斤顶安装角度不方便的问题,将千斤顶水平放置,然后确定齿轮的渐开线基圆半径,避免了千斤顶安装角度产生的误差,并提高了测量精度。In view of the low precision accuracy and long measuring duration of current devices for measuring the brake torque of the hoist,a new device for measuring the hoist brake torque with involute form was designed based on engagement theory of involute gear and rack. The device took the outer circle of the drum as base circle which was made as involute gear connected to the drum,and took the rack as the jack. The installment angle of the jack was adjusted to make the line of jack's thrust force tangential to the outer circle of the drum,and the jack's rotary thrust force upright to the radius of the drum outer circle,whose product was the brake torque. The device doesn't need to reverse the drum while measuring damper brake,and solves the problem of inconvenience of adjusting the jack installation angle. It places the jack horizontally to determine the radius of involute base of gear,which avoids the error caused by jack installation angle,and improves the measurement precision.
