摘  要:针对未燃炭含量过高不利于对粉煤灰大规模综合利用的问题,结合FCMC型浮选柱的工作原理和特点,对其进行了浮选脱炭试验研究。经过分选后,粉煤灰的烧失量达2.4%以下,达到水泥及混凝土用Ⅰ级粉煤灰烧失量要求;同时高炭产品烧失量达66.8%以上,燃烧值达20.99kJ/g,可用作一般燃料。In view of high-contented unburned carbon in fly ash is unfavorable for large scale utilization of fly ash,and based on the study of the principle and features of FCMC floatation column,floatation and decarburization experiments were carried out. After separation,loss on ignition of fly ash was less than 2.4%,which meets the requirements of ClassⅠfly ash used for cement and concrete;loss on ignition of fly ash with high-contented carbon was above 66.8% and the combustion value was 20.99kJ/g,which can be used as fuel.
