摘  要:介绍了新型湿式永磁强磁选机的结构、磁场特性及其工作原理,并对某钾长石进行除铁试验研究。结果表明,原矿中Fe2O3含量从0.52%下降到0.17%,精矿产率达到84.61%,除铁率达72.34%。该湿式永磁强磁选机的结构设计合理,分选指标和除铁效果良好。The structure,features of magnetic field and working principle of the new-type high intensity wet permanent magnetic separator were introduced and the experimental study on iron removal from potash feldspar was carried out. The results showed that the content of Fe2O3 in raw ore decreased from 0.52% to 0.17%,and the concentrate production rate reached 85.47%,and the iron removing rate reached 72.34%. The wet permanent magnetic separator has reasonable structure and the separation indexes and iron removal results are excellent.
