摘　　要：从注重脾胃"清和"之气、气血痰诸郁中的脾胃思想、重视脾胃的治疗观、年老者补肾不如补脾等四方面探讨朱丹溪辨证论治之脾胃观,冀从其六郁理论所蕴含的脾胃观为临床应用提供思路及研究方向。This article presents Zhu Danxi’s perspectives of spleen and stomach in syndrome differentiation and treatment in terms of the nature of spleen and stomach,elimination of qi-blood and phlegm obstruction,and tonification of spleen and kidney.
