摘 要:对实验室自行纺制的聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维进行热处理。利用均匀设计法建立回归模型,考察了张力、热处理温度和停留时间这3个主要条件对初始模量的影响,力图用最少的试验次数确定最佳的工艺条件。通过计算得到回归方程,经过残差分析可知该方程的可靠性较高。利用SUMT外点法寻优,计算得到PPTA纤维热处理的最佳工艺条件为:张力0.01 cN/dtex;温度300℃;时间78.5 s。相应的理论初始模量为1548.6 cN/dtex。Poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide)(PPTA) fiber spun in our laboratory was heat-treated,and a regression model was established based on uniform design to investigate the effect of fiber tension,heat treating temperature and time on initial modulus,attempting to determine the optimal process conditions with the least possible times.A regression equation was found through computation,and its reliability was verified to be rather high by residual error analysis.Tension 0.01 cN /dtex,temperature 300 ℃,time 78.5 s,and the corresponding initial modulus 1 548.6 cN /dtex were the best heat treatment conditions of PPTA fibers,that were calculated with SUMT external point optimizing method.
